Dear Visitor,

Welcome, and thank you for stopping by!

My name is Kosame LiHan—it's a pleasure to meet you.

My journey in design stemmed from a passion for architectural tectonic innovations. Over the past eight years at the University of Toronto’s Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design, I’ve dedicated five of those years to working in the Digital Fabrication Lab. This experience not only deeply founded my technical expertise, but more importantly, this passion has been cultivated into my professional trajectory rooted in architecture design.

Began with hands-on experience operating CNC machines and evolved into leading robotic fabrication workshops—each step fueled by the thrill of turning code into structure and algorithms into architectural form. Projects such as the Luna Habitat Framework for the European Space Agency,  the annual Lumière reciprocal structure pavilion installations, and the Robotic Clay exhibition have even further challenged me to push boundaries, work with cutting-edge tools, and bring bold, experimental ideas into built form.

Sharing has also been a rewarding part of my journey. Roles as a teaching assistant spanned courses including Computational Design, Graduate Machine Design Practice, Technology Studio III & IV, and supporting a robotic workshop at the Rob|Arch Congress further reinforced my dedication to the field.

Thank you again for visiting— Look forward to the one day we collaborate to make the world brighter together.
Warm regards,
Ko
